Order "For Distinguished State And Community Service".
Does anyone have any idea what this Albanian award is? I found two of the three classes for sale and the seller calls it an "Albanian Communist Order for State and Civic Services" but in this section there are two threads with similar titles yet no awards that look like this.
This is a fairly elegant medal in its simplicity and if anyone knows more about when and why this was awarded, I would really appreciate the information.:) Phillip

Order "For Distinguished State And Community Service" 2nd and 3rd Classes. Founded in 1965 I think.

Here is a 3rd Class awarded by Decree #6906 of 11th August 1984 to Skender Muharrem Kamaniku.
"As an elected representative of the people is distinguished for hard work for close ties with the masses, for strengthening and democratising the organs of the people's power and for the fulfilment of the tasks laid out by the Party."
