Short, concrete description of his combat feat or merits:

During the fighting on the bridgehead on the other side of the Vistula River, comrade Tyutryumov served as an armored personnel carrier driver. Comrade Tyutryumov always kept his vehicle in a state of combat readiness. Carrying out orders to _____ at any time of day, comrade Tyutryumov did not suffer any breakdowns or accidents. All messages and orders were delivered at their destinations in time.

On August 9, 1944, while he was delivering messages from the Studenok area to the brigade staff, three enemy Focke-Wulf 190 aircraft started diving upon his vehicle. Risking his life, comrade Tyutryumov skillfully maneuvered his vehicle, concealed it by driving under the trees, got it out from under fire, and delivered the messages in time.

On August 26, 1944, during a heavy enemy artillery bombardment near the Radomka River, comrade Tyutryumov skillfully got his vehicle out from under enemy fire with wounded soldiers and officers aboard, to whom he and scout comrade Vinevtsev provided first aid under enemy artillery shelling. He then delivered them to the closest medical aid post. Comrade Tyutryumov deserves the Order of the Red Star.
