Hi Peter,
this one seems to be a no-go! All (visible) details cause a bad stomach feeling indeed; sorry, comrade! :( You should ask the seller for high-resolution images of the obverse and reverse of the medaillon (without the suspension). 99% of the bad guys, trying to sell fakes knowingly, will not provide them for any (fantasy) reason - so this alone would be a good indicator, I think...
