Here is Valentina Konstantinovna Baindurova's Medal "For Labour Distinction" Booklet. Awarded on the same day as the Ukaz 13th December 1977.

The 13th December 1977 Ukaz is "Orders and Medals to workers of Civil Aviation, Public Security and Internal Affairs".

Could be a secret policewoman but more likely an air stewardess or not?

Unlike other mass awardings this only has 10 pages, so it would be very interesting to be able to dig just that little deeper.
