Here is a group to Hrachya Avetisi Avetisian (Հրաչյա Ավետիսի Ավետիսյան). A veteran of the Nagorno-Karabakh war and Police Special Operations Force (Միլիցիայի Հատուկ Նշանակության Ջոկատների).
First is the Document for his missing "Armenian Eagle" Medal #420 which was awarded by the "Inextinguishable Fires" Military Patriotic Charity Non-Governmental Organisation on 18th May 2008.

His "Glorious Warrior" Badge ("Փառապանծ Մարտիկ" Հուջամեղալով) of the "Glorious Warrior" Patriotic Union Non-Governmental Organisation. A rather small Veteran's group for veterans of the "Glorious Warriors" unit of fighters in the Nagorno-Karabakh war between 1990 and 1994. It can't be that big as the entire unit never numbered more than 300 combatants.

Awarded on 28th August 2010 by the Internal Affairs Ministry Police Special Operations Force Veterans Union - This is not an official award. Then again this union won't be the largest in the world as how many SWAT members will a country with a population of 3 million have over a period of 20 years?

For some reason Armenian award producers have now started also issuing a certificate of authenticity. Isn't the award certificate enough?
