Table Medal "60 Years Of Dinamo".

Okay, since I haven't managed to create a separate "KGB Table Medals" thread yet, I'll stick this one here for now. When I bought it, both the seller and I thought it was a "Dynamo" table medal. For some time after I had it I thought the same. Then I started looking at resource books and websites and suddenly my $7 was starting to look interesting. According to what I've read - and the agreement of at least one very well-known seller, this is actually for the 60th anniversary of the creation of the All-Union OGPU. The lack of much in the way of information just from looking at it (other than the seemingly odd dates) and Dzerzhinsky's profile being on many of these - including, as I found later, Dynamo ones - just added to the misconception.

Money well spent.:)

Do I vaguley recall some sort of association between the NKVD and Dynamo? Was one the sponsor of the other or something like that? Or did I just dream that one up?
