Amazing isn't it. There whole country is starving to death and they cover themselves with awards they never really earned.

It also seems that "suspension" isn´t in the korean language. Too much screwback stuff doesn´t look so good on open neck uniforms.

Here is another walking christmas tree.

Two suspension medals in the bottom on the right side which I assume relates to the Korean Liberation war in 1950-1953, as I have two such ones at home that look exactly the same, and some on the left side (two looks Bulgarian),

I love these pics! I wonder what happens if these guys get near power lines!

Excellent examples of many NK orders, though!

That is the highest order of the North Korean Peoples Republic, the Order of Kim Il Sung. It outranks even the hero and labour hero, and was instituted on Kim Il Sung's 60th birthday. It is so rare that I haven't been able to find a decent picture of one, but it shows the face of Kim Il Sung.

How about these guys. They look like freaking Christmas trees!

I'm curious how much a jacket like this one can weight?

Note the uniform has no pockets wahtsoever, I guess this way the space is utilized to the fullest!

I do see many Bulgarian awards on the left side of his uniform. And yall are right, this arrangement makes Brezhnev look good.

Re: Korean awards - full set!

Here's a picture of Kim Jong Il in the same uniform to accompany the above Kim Il Sung pic. You are correct about the Marshal's star; in Korean, they call him Wonsu, which is like a Marshal of the Soviet Union or else one symbolic rank higher (I forget which). It might seem ridiculous for someone from such a small country to have such a high rank until you consider how huge their military is (fourth largest in the world).
