Help identifying Period Soviet union coat of arms

Hi, I would need your help identifying the period of this soviet coat of arms, I am trying to frame it and would like to add a small description regarding the time this soviet coat of arms was use. The coat of arms has 8 ribbons on each side which make me believe it was made between 1946 and 1956. Any information will be appreciate. Thank you

1923-1936 - 6 Ribbons.
1936-1946 - 11 Ribbons.
1946-1956 - 16 Ribbons.
1956-1991 - 15 Ribbons.

This has 17 ribbons so it is more of an "artistic impression".

Thank you very much, that's what I thought.
But I had a little hope that during a very short period of time there was 17 ribbons.

A new artistic project for my daughter.

It would look fantastic stuck to the side of a building or in a large hall but don't let anyone get too close.

It has 17 banners/ribbons! I know the 16 banner coat of arms but can’t find info why the 17 banner. Thanks!

Yes! My button is dated 1954. I do know the history of the Soviet republics, but this button has 17 ribbons. And we know that the bottom/middle ribbon represents the Russian SFSR. So did Stalin have his General Uniform buttons "secretly" made with 17 banners in hoping to officially add Hungary? On "escam" right now, there is another 17 banner button like mine, but with the date 1953. The year Stalin died.

Most likely theatrical, made outside the Soviet Union. Then again they could simply be fantasy. I can't find a thing on any OT7, TO7. 0T7 or T07 factory.

There is probably more chance of the additional ribbon representing the Soviet Republic Of Graceland than Hungary in 1953-4.

Fantasy is a possibility. If Soviet there is a good chance that "г." for god (year) would have been stamped after the year digits.
