A recent acquisition from our Marketplace, a Capture of Budapest Medal, variation 1a, without rim along circumference of the reverse, and with two piece steel suspension.

I have a Capture of Budapest document that I am trying to translate. I am still learning.
I think the recipient is Pavel Sergeivich Germenev?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
