Higher Institute Ministry Of Internal Affairs Graduate Badge.
I love these badges mainly because of the old saying that Bulgaria was and should have been the new 16th Soviet republic. Their security services were a carbon copy of the KGB (KDS) and the MVD (MVR).
However, this badge has popped up for sale again and since I am always a bit skeptical of any school badge announcing it is for security services training (through since it is for the MVR, it could be more of a police academy), I was hoping somebody would recognize and help with this badge. Phillip

Higher Institute Ministry Of Internal Affairs Graduate Badge.
The Badge "Higher Institute Ministry Of Internal Affairs" was awarded for graduation from the Georgi Dimitrov Higher Institute in Sofia between 1969 and 1987.
