The term "Umalatova", is used on this forum frequently. For those who may not be familiar with the term, it is in reference to a person. To be more specific, Sazhi Umalatova, a former Soviet parliamentarian and current leader of a marginal political group, the Party of Peace and Unity, which continues to reward the citizens of the USSR orders and medals in the name of the long-disbanded Soviet parliament.
