Same person?
Could these medals and orders belong to the same major? Looks unlikely since this guy should have been in the military academy (badge was institutionalized in '57) after he fought in the Patriotic War (Bravery Medal #589376) and much later he became a veteran from the war in Afghanistan..

Highly unlikely, specially with the very late sporting Badge. It looks like someone has just added "one of each" to the uniform. Research will make the answer complete.
Long service awards don't add up either.

And aside from the fact that the ribbons are all jumbled up, he has the 70th Anniversary of the Armed Forces Medal twice and he misses the 2nd Impeccable Service Medal...
