well guys...appears I was scammed...when I hadn't received the order...I started asking questions...the email address I was given by the seller no longer exists...I then found the pics that he used to scam me are from an add in 2012 (they were from an estate sale...so....damn!!!! watch for this....

sorry to hear you got scammed, i hope you can get your money back.

i dont know if you know this but one of the easiest ways to check if images are stolen is to upload them to google images (just click on the camera icon near search bar.) google does a quick search and finds any matches. i tried it on the images you were given and got a link to the auction house you were talking about.
