A first to me - offered on the well known site:

" Makarenko Prize Medal of Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, circa 1970s-80s.

In German silver. The reverse is inscribed in Ukrainian language "U[krainian]SSR. For Achievements in the Field of Education and Pedagogical Science."

The obverse shows sculptured portrait of Anton Makarenko, a Soviet pedagogical icon. His big accomplishment was educating and putting to work scores of children left orphaned and homeless in the wake of the Civil War. Makarenko's educational models (modern equivalent of which would be "It takes a village to raise a child") were vigorously promoted by the communist leadership. "
