What is this? Another Umalatova -medal?

It was given to "true believers" to commemorate the 120th anniversary :confused: of Stalin's birth. I doubt that Monetniy Dvor struck those (although, in these days of wild capitalism, anything is possible); most likely they were struck by some private mint (my best bet would be one of the several badge manufacturers).
