Buglak, Petr Grigor'evich, Driver, Department Of Geology, Kirghiz SSR

Because I do not read Ukrainian past the words that sound or look close enough to Russian to get by, I was wondering if anyone has ever seen anything like it - hand drawn-up from top to stamp. (I'm assuming it is Ukrainian based on the "URSR" on the bottom half of the document, but at the top, there is "SRSR"??)

It is in the form of other "birth certificates" that I have (some older - some more recent), but I can't figure out why an actual printed version wasn't used. Did they run out and only have a stamp and blank paper? Possibly, but I doubt it.

Any thoughts?

What about all the writing at the bottom near the seal? Anybody read Ukrainian "script" enough to make it out?

I have a few other documents from the same person, including a suspicious looking MVD ID, so nothing will surprise me about this.

I'm just curious since I have never seen anything like it. I've heard of award and even promotion documents being drawn up by hand in the field during war, but not a birth certificate.
