I knew that some time ago a book was published Russia with a list of stolen Soviet orders and their serial numbers. Is this book available?

If anyone can find serial number information, post it here. I will post the article along with the serial number info in the forsale sections as a sticky post (always stays at top of thread) and we can also post it in the SND.

My gut feeling is they are more than likely being melted down..
