Badge "Excellent Firefighter".

A very nice Latvian Excellent Fireman badge from, I believe, the volunteer fire brigades there. Three piece, brass and heavy alloy, hot enamel with screw back and numbered 4477. Tightening wheel simply reads "mint yard".
