Take a look at this. After looking, perhaps you will agree with me that soviet dembels were still acceptable (and quite collectable).

it´s sad to see how some things change.:(

Cuffs crack me up. That's a lot of work but I guess you are only demobilized once in your life.

wow those are really over the top.
there seem to be a few things that were commonly done , like white borders.

i think i like soviet time dembel better, it was more classy i find.

Yes! That´s what I think too. Not so overcharged with that ridiculous white piping and curtain aiguilettes, soviet dembels looked quite nice.
