Medal "Gagauz-Yeri 15 Years".

In 1990, the PMR sent militia troops to Gagauzia to assist their bid for autonomy, which was successful. Here are a couple of Gagauzian commemorative medals meant for members of that militia. Both medals are made in the PMR under contract to the Gagauzian government. Note the blank document for the first medal is partially printed in Russian instead of being totally printed in Gagauz-dili, the official language of Gagauzia.

First, 15 Years of Gagauzia. The reverse of the medal is plain so I will, instead, show a detail of the front bearing the State Seal.
