Medal For Loyal Service In Health And Social Work.
Medaille für treue Dienst im Gesundheits- und Socialwesen
Established 15 November 1973 and awarded (I think) for long service in the health care and social work fields. There are three classes (gold, silver, and bronze) and three types (see Bartel, 3rd ed, 1:152). |

Bronze For 10 Years Service.
Around 4 years ago these full sets absolutely flooded the market in warehouse fresh condition and sets were available for $1 or less in bulk.
