found on the net, a museum in donetsk (not sure for this; but sure in Ukraine)

...1970's / 1980's Director (generals rank) of Soviet Rails. I had one like this a few years ago, got it from Manions in the early days of collecting for $150. The stars rank was on the cuffs; same, or at least similar, material as shoulderboards. Green piped, really sharp. I'll dig up my photo and post it.
