Re: "Player Of The Workers".
Who would get such a title? Musicians? The title sounds a bit strange.

Re: "Player Of The Workers".
I'm not certain but I may translate the whole document later. Musical instruments do come into play with education but there may be a lot more information hidden in the Georgian.

How does this title translate to Russian? maybe it would help. I think there'ssome Goergian-Russian on-line dictionary.
OK, checked on google - it goes as Igrok to russian and Gracz to Polish. That seems to indicate it's not a musician, as they both mean player like a game or competition participant or a computer game player. Strange. |

Directly Georgian to Russian it translates to "игрок" which then translates from Russian to English as "Player" so both directly and indirectly we get "Player".
I was thinking this was "players" in the way of a sports team but I think only translation of the Georgian will do it. There is a BIG pile before I get round to that. "ამხ. სტალინის 6 მითების და საკკ პ (ბ) ცეკას სკოლის შესახებ დადგენილებათა განხორციელებისათეის მებრძოლი დამკვრელი" implies a "Player" would be very much the performance artist. So a "Player Of The Workers" in the stage sense.

Music, Acting, that sort of thing it would seem. Not limited to either.
