If this is photoshop, they managed to do a pretty good job of keeping the medals and orders in correct line of precedence.

The thing is that with the DPRK, you can't be too sure where the actual photo actually stops and the photo shopping begins. :chuckle

And here I was thinking those infrequent tremors coming out of the DPRK was the dance part of the mass games.... Didn't the tremors and dance craze start around the same time?
