Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan's Honoured Builder" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi'na Miyneti Sin’gen Quri’li’sshi/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasına Miyneti Sin’gen Qurılısshi/Қарақалпақстан Республикасына Мийнети Сиңген Қурылысшы).

This Title is the twenty-fourth highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).

The Title is awarded very sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’na miyneti sin’gen quri’li’sshi’» -respublikani’n’ quri’li’si’n ha’m quri’li’s industriyasi’n rawajlandi’ri’wda ayri’qsha xi’zmetleri bar, usi’ tarawda, a’dette keminde 15 ji’l islegen quri’li’s, montaj ha’m joybarlaw sho’lkemlerinin’, ilimiy-izertlew ha’m basqa da ma’kemelerdin’ xi’zmetkerlerine beriledi." (15 years good service amongst other things)
