These are great shots. It shows though how difficult it can be when you get these M1942/3 flags in your hands to see if they are wartimeor postwar. Here its easy since it has MVD on the title. I have had a couple NKVD ones, which also makes it easy.But for army, it can be tough to tell a 1944 flag and a 1954 flag. There are some things to look for, but nothing definite.

I only once had the doucment; it was with the flag for anaval communications unit that was formed in 1948 to help rebuild naval communications; i have never seen a wartime document come up for sale.

Guys,
I'm glad you like this one, I thought a Banner with docs would stir up a bit of interest as I heard that they are extremly rare.
This Banner is at the moment on E with a starting price of €1,200.
It is in good condition according to the seller apart from a small tear where it was attached to the flag pole.
