Security Service Documents.

Some sort of security service document. Dated 9 July 1962. A large thing, I had to make two scans of the interior and stick them together. I need to get some translation done, but a pretty thing anyway.

One more document, the cover reads "The Honorary Document of the Ministry of Interior of the Mongolian Poeple's Republic".

The interior text:

"On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of MPR and of the 19th anniversary of the Ministry of Interior, For great merit in the struggle for the independence of this state, for going in the first rank of the people, for the showing enriching efforts in the long years of perfect work, Mr. [illegible], has been awarded with the honorary document proving his merit. Minister of Interior. Year 31 (1941), month July, day 14. The number of document 3."
