"Russian Navy 300 Years" Jubilee Medal.
Here is the Armenian "Russian Navy 300 Years" Jubilee Medal («Ռուսական Նավատորմի 300 Տարին» Հոբելյանական Մեդալով). That's right, this is an Armenian award no matter how unlikely it may seem that a landlocked nation would have a naval award, let alone one celebrating another nation's navy.
This example (as all Armenian examples) has the Moscow Mint Mark on it - not found on most Russian examples (as other contractors produced them).
