This Ministry Of People's Defence example was awarded by the Directorate Of Cadre Temporary Head Of The General Staff Major-General Petrit Dume to 1902 born Polen-Korçe native Major Sotir Jovan Polena.

Sotir Jovan Polena became an elected deputy for the Korçe District. I also believe he was a trainer at the Military College "Skënderbeu".

Here is a rather tired example with the rare Ministry Of Internal Affairs Document.

Awarded to an 1890 born ? ? Deraj by Deputy Minister For The Economic Side Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs Colonel Qazim Kondi.

Commissar Qazim Kondi is well renowned in Albania for being extremely harsh and blood stained. Something along the lines of Iron Felix.

Deraj must have had some special purpose if he was still in service at the age of 63.
