Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union Membership Badge.

The Communist Youth Group is the initial introduction to doctrine and activities for young Vietnamese.
Upon acceptance, they are issued these enamel badges together with a 16 page 3”x 4” document known as the Doan Vien. This has their personal details and record of payment of the party dues.
The Original Communist Party Youth Badge, with the Viet-Cong/NLF flag is inscribed DOAN THANH NIEN NHAN DAN CACH MANG HO CHI MINH (Peoples Revolutionary Ho Chi Minh Youth Group)
