Congress Of The Communist Party Of The USSR Badges

Does anyone know from which Party Congresses of the USSR Delegate Badges were issued.I have one from the 23rd Congress.I mean the official badges and not the commemoratives.

I believe this is from the same series as the 23rd congress badge this being the 25th

It is silver with a gold frost finish.

This is the back there is no number, it is however very nicely constructed, no stamped out badge here for these guys.

Looking at the rivets it appears that the congress number is a separate piece. Hence, they coud use this design for more than one congress simply by changing that piece.

Hi Folks

I picked this up today thinking it was a congress badge as it was so similar to another one I had posted.

It is not.

It's for Lenin's Ideas or some thing.

Yet again well constructed, gold plated siver I believe at this moment.

I found the answer:

It is a congress badge for 1977.

They also made one with 70 years for 87.

The 27th congress of the KPSS was held in march of 1986. 1987 was marked by two plenums of the central comitee of the KPSS (june and october) where Gorby cleaned again the politburo of old companions of Brejnev.
