Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan's Honoured People's Education Worker" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi'na Miyneti Sin’gen Xali’q Bilimlendiriwi Xi’zmetkeri/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasına Miyneti Sin’gen Xalıq Bilimlendiriw Xızmetkeri/Қарақалпақстан Республикасына Мийнети Сиңген Халық Билимлендириў Хызметкери).

This Title is the thirteenth highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. To receive the highest award of Karakalpakstan (People's Teacher) the recipient first must be awarded either this Title or "Honoured Tutor". This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).

The Title is awarded very sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’na miyneti sin’gen xali’q bilimlendiriwi xi’zmetkeri» – respublikani’n’ xali’q bilimlendiriwin rawajlandi’ri’wda ayri’qsha xi’zmetleri bar, usi’ tarawda, a’dette keminde 15 ji’l islegen barli’q tu’rdegi uli’wma bilim beretug’i’n ma’kemelerdin’, joqari’ ha’m worta arnawli’ woqi’w wori’nlari’ni’n’, ka’siplik kolledjlerdin’, mektepke deyingi ha’m mektepten ti’s balalar ma’kemelerinin’, mug’allimlerdin’ qa’nigeligin artti’ri’w menen shug’i’llani’wshi’ metodikali’q kabinetlerdin’, kurslardi’n’ ha’m institutlardi’n’ xi’zmetkerlerine, sonday-aq xali’q bilimlendiriwinin’ basqa da ma’kemelerinin’ xi’zmetkerlerine beriledi." (15 years good service amongst other things)

Olma Ibragimovna Xodjaniyazova, Tortkul Region, 8th Class Special School Teacher and Gulistan Madreimovna Masharipova, Nukus City, 3rd Class Uzbek Language Teacher, Decree of 31st August 2013 - 22nd anniversary of Karakalpakstan.
Djumabay Davletmuratovlar, Decree of 5th December 2015.

I have actually been able to find three of these pictured in wear (the only picture of any Karakalpak awards in wear anywhere online).
