Hello,

that`s what I thought... the letters are somehow unsharp and do look "foggy".

Whats wrong with that piece?

The "foggy" effect of the mint mark looks like a photo/light effect.

ORBL 1427 is original, but with some enamel repairs.

the latest addition to my collection, an Order of Red Banner of Labour number 388823 with double brass suspension. Copy or not? When did it was awarded?

Looks okay. By the way, this is a minor variation with the hammer grip above the sickle.

Early 60s would be my guess. Khrushchev era.

Looks good to me.

Someone appears to have gone to town on it with some sort of polish or cleaning fluid though.
