Everything about this looks cheesy - metal, suspension, and serial number. Not consistent with these esteemed badges. I'd stay away.

Here is the real deal - Badge Of Distinction "Submariner-Hydronaut". These are so heavily faked that I really wouldn't want to be tasked on finding another legitimate example.
