Unknown Soviet Sleeve Patch.

Hello, I pick up a group of patches from a collcetor and most of them, I was able to idenity. All but this one. Would anyone have any idea to what it is?

That general pattern belonged to their military PX (Post Exchange) system.

I don't remember seeing that particular color before and this may be one of the fantasy patches produced after 1991.

Master Yoda, I meant the design is legitimate, I just remember seeing that particular color of background.

The green color is the most common I have encountered. I have also seen maroon, corn flower blue, and red. As to the authenticity of these designs, I know not with certainty. I have a few with kopek markings on the reverse (and as a rule of thumb, not law, I've yet to see a fantasy patch with kopek pricing on it) in the corn flower blue and maroon colors.
