Tank related, but that's about all I can guess.
What about you? :) Certainly not even close to official, and I'm ony assuming it's Soviet considering the source. The central tank motif is very similar to the Soviet collar or shoulderboard device and almost exactly the same size. Could this be a ГСВГ commemorative badge??? The ГСВГ being Group of Soviet Forces in Germany (Группы Советских войск в Германии)? Amazing what an online translator and Google can do!!!

Yes, it is from the Group of Soviet Forces Germany. Probably a unit-level or dembel badge.

It is self-made (because such quality) a badge, which soldiers of tank divisions ГСВГ (have made Groups of the Soviet Armies in Germany) before demobilization for memory of service. Very widespread custom, (the word "dembel" in an English transcription looks funny :D:chuckle:thumbsup)
