I don't think that I have ever knowingly seen a fake "Jr. V" badge. I can pick one up for a buck or two from time to time. They help to round out a collection or group of Voroshilov Shooters badges, like the modest one I've got, but they don't attract much attention or price. At least, not in my experience.
