Fantasy aviation school badge

Greeting to All!

This badge has been with me a while, but I have no idea if this badge is Soviet or not. It is a bit longer than the standard Soviet school badge. The "aircraft" is a separate piece and is either glued or soldered on the badge. There is a screw post soldered on the back. No markings at all back of the badge. I would appreciate any input from the forum.

I think it's most likely a custom made piece to commemorate 25th anniversary of some Airforce school. I believe it is Soviet.
