Yes, this is unbelievable! To add injury to insult Alexei Arkhipovich is not only in the hospital, but his house is supposed to be in a "secure" compound in/near Star City! They believe this was a random act, but how random is it when the house of a national hero is targeted by thieves?

This is very shameful but at least his awards were not stolen. His house being in a more secure place makes me wonder if the perp is an "insider" and not just a common theif.
