Imperial suspension examples

Found these images on the web while searching for a St.George medal.
You can plainly see from where the Soviets modeled their suspensions.
The double may or may not be authentic although the design is what I'm trying to illustrate.
I thought there was a thread elsewhere on the forum about Soviet suspensions but I couldn't find it.
Anyway.....

Eric,

I am not sure about the double suspension, but I believe the first one is a fake.

The suspension &/or the medal?
I was just trying to illustrate what Imperial suspensions looked like as there are so few out there to be seen.

Something like this?

I can't swear to authenticity, though. The ribbons are reversed in direction although a previous discussion resulted in photos of generals and admirals in their VP uniforms with a mix of ribbon directions. The third view shows comparison to soviet OG showing the ribbons are actually a little wider and it's more of a black and orange than black and yellow.

Jeffrey,

That multiple suspension is a later Soviet manufacture.

Jeff,

That's still a Soviet suspension.

OK,

The forum seems to be back to normal.

Unfortunately, the scan is quite small. Awards are original and so are the suspensions; ribbons are repros and the group is put together.

Soviet suspension with imperial medals.

Makes sense now that there are pictures of proper imperial suspensions. That's why ribbons are too big for the suspension I guess. Hopefully not fake medals too but anything is possible...if not likely.
I also like the hallmark stamps on the real imperial suspensions. Way cool
