I have 4 flags. but i do not know what use for these, so i want sale it .but before sale i want to know what use for these flag in soviet.

This a really common and standard flag, just the embroidery in ukrainian langage changes.
It was given for a CPSU district organisation.

Nearly all 70-80ies flags were produced around 3-4 standardized models.
