The badge is made of some heavy metal.

Very nice badge. I have never seen one for sale. It is # 1.3.52 in the Kutsenko and Rudichenko blue book on law enforcement badges. The BKhSS is the MVD's section on combating economic (organized) crime. According to the blue book it should be pin-back and German silver.
