Soviet Lieutenant General of Aviation Uniform

Hi everyone!
Well, I pretty much stopped collecting Soviet stuff due to a number of reasons, but I just couldn't pass on this uniform jacket when I saw it. I have some questions and hope you may be able to help me. I got this jacket from a reliable source, he said he originally purchased it in Berlin in 1994 from a Russian dealer. The ribbon bar was on it but the badges were missing. He added the paratrooper badge later, although I don't think it belongs on there. It looks like it should be an academy badge instead. I'm no expert, but the uniform looks authentic and not made up.
Anyway, does someone have an idea which Lt. General it may have belonged to based on the ribbons? Also, what could the two ribbons on the bottom row in the middle be? East German as well? And isn't the ribbon above the East German Verdienstmedaille for the Medal of Ushakov? Isn't that quite unusual for an Air Force General, and also because it's so low on the ribbon bar?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Based on the ribbons, no clue who the owner may have been. That said, the last row of ribbons may all be East german although they should be worn in another order.

- Waffenbruderschaft medal III class
- Could be "Ehrenmedaille 40 Jahrestag DDR"
- Scharnhorst-Orden or Friedrich Engels preis award
- Verdienstmedaille DDR

On the wearers right, you could substitute/add the following:
- Graduation badge (white)
- Red Guards badge
