I personally do not find much to say about this document, except maybe that I'd like to see a better scan of the Gerb.
If it is genuine, this is a nice find as it was issued by the Chechen authorities.

You've got nothing to worry about. Looks good to me. The stamp corresponds with the signature block from the Grozny government officials. Also, the "Zh" was the serial number prefix for Grozny documents so a forger would have really had to know his stuff. The document also has the appropriate age appearance and no fake patina. Nice find. I've been looking for one of these for a long time with no avail.

Perfectly genuine. It's not avery good ptint, but you can still read the text on the ribbons on the Soviet crest.

Gurus,

This doc is dated 1965, and I see that some other docs in this thread are also dated significantly after the war. I was told that this one is genuine, and that it is dated 1965 because it is a replacement document.

Opinions as to both the genuineness and the accuracy of that statement are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
