Here is the Badge "Participant In The Patriotic War 1992-1993" (Знак "Участник Отечественной Войны 1992-1993") an award of the Ministry Of Defence Of The Republic Of Abkhazia.
How can it be Patriotic War 1992-1993? As the Abkhazia area was spared the German onslaught of 1941-3 and this "civil" war completely devastated the area, the Abkhaz authorities have now called this conflict "Patriotic War". Unsurprisingly no additional information can be found, nor any in wear. This is considerably heavier than the usual Badges of this style.
