Shoulder board made from captured Luftwaffe Tress

I recently traded for this wonderful shoulder board, which has been made using captured Luftwaffe NCO collar tress. I really do love it. I hope that you all do too.

Have there been any other custom made insignia like this that you all have come across?

Very nice. Here is another m43 epaulet backed with "re-purposed" German cloth

It's the helmet camo pattern. Here is the inside of the pullover these came on.

Re: Shoulder board made from captured Luftwaffe Tress

Both shoulder boards are great; anything using captured material is fascinating...I used to have a superb grey M1943 Marshal USSR set that was made of captured German cloth..still had the German cloth manufacturing stamps in it. If anyone has any more 'repurposed' German material please post it.
