1) Labor Medal of Socialist Vietnam. Serial numbered 01213
2) Medal of 1500 Years to Bulgaria.
3) The Civil Defense Medal of Hungary (this is the second time this came in my possession, first time round it was in error as another badge belonged to the document I had for Jamyan)
4) Centenary Medal of Zhukov.
5) The badge of 30 Years to Socialist Bulgaria.
6) Honorary badge of the Mongolian Peace and Friendship committee.
7) The badge of 60th anniversary of Mongolian People's Court (for which I have the document)

That would be the Jubilee Medal "1300 Years Of Bulgaria" and Jubilee Medal "30th Anniversary Of Socialist Bulgaria".

When things have really dried up, I should get the entire group back out and match awards with documents and review in more detail. For now, I'm still hoping to consolidate more - incl. some uniform related items and perhaps higher end orders.

I certainly hope so, but true "completeness" will be virtually impossible. The set has just been fragmented too much and, to be honest, Jamyan just has a ton of awards incl. many "lower end" (but still interesting) badges which will be impossible to trace (if even documented).

Would like to at least get what is pictured in photographs, in particular also the 2 Sukh Baatars. Anyway, I'm patient - if an SB with the correct number pops up in 10 years I'll still be very happy:)

In the meantime, plenty of other distractions as well... e.g. for the first time in a LONG time I've spotted a type 1 Order of Georgi Dimitrov on a dealers site (looks like Order of Lenin). A real (rare!) beauty... but the price:o On the other hand... based on rarity may even be too low:confused: And some other beauties in various auctions... and... and...

An original photo of Jamyan (taken in 1980s) heading a meeting, just added to my collection. The photo also depicts Hero of MPR Gongor, a Soviet Marshal (or Army General) and a Soviet Colonel General (both HSU). Second to Jamyans right is also wearing a SB and Mongolian Red Banner order.

And again more from Jamyan - for a couple of these I have the documents. It's from a reliable source so am pretty confident that these all belong to Jamyan.

Included here are - among others:
- Badge of the 50th anniversary of Mongolian Prosecutor's Organisation (I have the document for this); it's the bottom left award
- Medal of Combat Brotherhood of East Germany (I recall being offered the document for this when I originally bought the "core" of the group but regretfully it was at an insane price so I did not buy it... sad to see that medals/doc's are being split up:mad:)
- Socialist Bulgaria Centenary Medal of Georgi Dimitrov

Bottom right (with 50 on it) - might not belong to this group and just got caught up in shipment, need to check.

Really need to get the entire set with documents out to start matching and getting complete overview.

Fingers crossed for potentially getting some of his documented higher end Mongolian awards in the coming months.
