How to fix shoulder boards?

How do I manage to place shoulder boards onto a uniform?
I picked a set up the other day...but I dont know how to put them on... :dissapoint
Kind of embarassing.

Are they sew in type or the slip on type?

Ade is right on here; what type of uniform? do the boards have loops on the back and holes for buttons, or are they the flat sew on type?

First, make sure the boards are correct for the uniform before adding them on.

Hmm, they are green Soviet boards.
Slip on style.
And come to think of it they actually dont go with the uniform! :(
Sorry for the waste of time guys...

Um, does anyone know where to find Russian Federation shoulder boards?
