I was sorta kidding, but yeah, he has a ton of ribbons now that I look closer.
It is still a nice looking uniform though.

ДОВРОЕ УТРО.

These Two pairs of Boards was a Birthday present from my Russian friend. I have a couple of questions about stars and buttons for these boards. Are the stars and button Green for the field shirt boards? What color of stars and type of button for the gold with red backing boards for a Jr. Officer?

I think the field uniforms had green stars, my KGB field uniform has them, so I guess it'd be correct.
And I think the golden boards need golden stars.

I love those instructional posters! I even got some of them myself, somewhere - but I have forgot where they are now :(

I have golden small stars on my MVD uniform, which has gold boards. :)
