Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan's Honoured Athlete" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi'na Miyneti Sin’gen Sportshi’/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasına Miyneti Sin’gen Sportshı /Қарақалпақстан Республикасына Мийнети Сиңген Спортшы).

This Title is the sixteenth highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).

The Title is awarded sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’na miyneti sin’gen sportshi’» -du’nya ju’zi chempionlari’na ha’m rekordshi’lari’na, wolimpiada ha’m Aziya woyi’nlari’ni’n’ jen’impazlari’na, sonday-aq Wo’zbekstan Respublikasi’nda birinshi yamasa jen’impaz boli’p bir neshe ma’rte sport jari’slari’nda joqari’ na’tiyjege yerisken basqa da sportshi’larg’a beriledi." (For becoming a champion or record holder, Olympian or Asian Championships participant.)
